I need some guidance on salaries

I need some help ith what I've been offered for a teaching post. They will supply schooling for my 2 children at Al Jazeera Academy, 'adequate' housing (I'm yet to get feedback from employer about what this means)5500 base salary 500 travel expenses, travel to and from Australia, plus yearly tickets. I have asked about medical insurance. What is the least I should expect? The package is 10900 I think, but the 4900 left over doesn't seem much for accommodation, especially since we would need a 3br. PLEASE HELP

I gather the cash is 5500 and the rest is for housing etc. The contract says base salary of 5500 and says 500 for transport allowance and 4900 for 'other allowance'. I have asked what this is, and I'm awaiting a relpy. In another clause it states they will provide housing. This to me appears v low. I'm a novice here so need help.

A bit confused with your money senerio. Not sure what you would make a month, 10900Qr a month I guess?

Anyways....my wife and I work at a school and make about 12000QR a month each. School for children is covered by school and housing. So this means our biggest expense is groceries, and it is big. That is if you like expat food, and most food generally.

We save one whole salary a month and send it home. The other salary, covers holidays, diners out and groceries and clothes, movies etc. we live very well, no complaints.

Hope this helps.
