Is it legal convert unpaid overtime to extra day offs?

Is it legal that the previous month unpaid overtime can be converted by the company into an extra day offs even without any consultation or agreement with the employees? Please advise.

its illegal if its not mentioned in your contract.

Also, it doesn't matter what legal is, they can do anything they want or you can spend the money to go to court and time long time for legal proceeding procedures.
