job offer instrumentation technician

i am an instrumentation engineer on the oil and gas field with 4 years of experience.i received a job offer from rasgas the salary is 2500 us$/month 5 days work a week.with housing allowance and 24 days vacation on the year and one ticket for the flight for me and my family to my original country
is it a good offer?

Its a good offer, but the environments gets you bored in Rasgas, and at least you need to spend 1 and half to 2 hours for travelling which get you tired...

apart from environment and travelling its a quite good offer...
