There are two differenct sides to the table...offshore (rate per night) which is 185QR per night spent and then the other column says onshore rate per working day which is 85QR for grades 14-23. Of course not, it's still as clear as mud.
If it doesn't mention per night then it must be per day.

Have I managed to confuse the matter more?
Cheers,
Molly
Is that per working day or per night spent at the location?
Is this what you mean?
Location allowance for Ras Laffan is 85 QR per working day for a Grade 15 (reading it from the terms and conditions of employment).
Cheers,
Molly
allowance was paid for Mesaieed, Dukhan and offshore locations I assume it's still the same but don't know the levels of allowance.
I think it may only apply if you are required to spend the night at the remote location.
go and ask QP HR?
yes they do, but only QP can tell you the right allowance according to your grade
Thanks Afaque, but thats strange,
I know other oil companies in the gulf pay handsome amounts for working in far off sites,
Regards
only QP would now!
