my company not giving me salery of 3 months and 15 days

Go to Labor Court and give them a written application about your situation. Submit the application and take 2 photo-copies of the same application. Submit 1 in Embassy and another in Police. Don't wait for his/her mercy. Your salary is your right. If your employer is Muslim, just tell him this words, "Hasbi-Allahu Vaniamal Vakeel".. Allah is my dearest and he will be my lawyer during the day of judgement. Fight for your rights. You're worker and not a slave. Salary is your right and they have to give it.

Is it only for you they are not giving or for all in the company ? There are many co's who do not give regular salaries and dodge for months. Still it is not advisable to protest or go to police, court etc., wait, do not take hasty decisions and end up in trouble.
