A 'Director' of a school even a Nursery School - 12,000? lol - ok then ;-)

15000 minus 4000 housing minus 1800 car minus 350 petrol minus 300 mobile .... how about tickets? included? u might end up with a basic salary of 1800$ which is not that good for u but stll acceptable. goodluck.

Why do you care what others are making. Look at your current salary, if there is a significant increase then go ahead. No use coming here for a marginal raise.
Are you a Western pp holder? It should be based on the number of classes, children and the staff you are going to manage. Were you offered any other benefits like yearly bonus,apart from the salary? Since you said it is Nursery school I think this offer will be very fine...go ahead with that.

You must have some idea already.. If you feel happy with what's offered, then don't worry about what others are earning..
