need help about salaries

Everything depends on you,if things move smoothly then there is no need to leave the company,that you will know with the passage of time.At the most,if they dont have the projects,you can approach that time in a proper way,they themself will give you release/Noc whatever but my advise to you is to stick to one place/one company.

what about the NOC should I ask them for a word about it

because there are some rumors that they never give NOC

I know one egyptian engineer with experience of 4 yrs.He gets seven with 8hrs. duty.(less pressure with little delay in salary)There is one more friend of mine who is also egyptian with the experience of 3yrs. He is getting ten with 10 hrs. duty and more pressure but salary on time.Both are working in Grade A contractors.Continue for the time being if ur visa is free and do ur best to work with local Qatari construction company.

there are lots of posts about cost of living in qatar. add to that how much you're looking to save.

example:

5000 qar for housing

1000 qar food

1000 utilities/rent/misc

now add whatever you want to save, say 3000 qar

then consider how much you could earn in your home country, and compare this with the figure above.

I am civil engineer ( fresh graduate ) and I got an offer from multi-national company ( 7000 QR ) all inclusive

dear can you explain more about your self where is your interest how many years of experience you have.. if you are just fresh engineer you can ask for 5 to 6 K Qar..

If you have 1 year experience you can ask for 7 to 8K Qar
