The actual number of calendar days of your leave will depend on the circumstances on which days you will go for holidays. The certain thing is you will get 21 working days/year. It translates that you don't count the Fridays and public holidays that will "sandwiched" into your leave dates.

"The worker shall entitled to a leave ... "You see, even in the Law are mistakes here in Qatar. It must, of course, read: The worker shall be entitled to a leave...

Article 79The worker who has completed one continuous year in the service of the employer shall be entitled to an annual leave with the pay provided for in Article 72 of this law. This leave shall not be less than three weeks for the worker whose service is less than five years and four weeks for the worker whose service is more than five years. The worker shall entitled to a leave for the fractions of the year in proportion to the period of his service. There you go, that's the Labor Law. Ha, ha.

Yes it is the law all over Qatar. 21 working days means almost 29-30 days per year.
