Its Asst. Rest. Manager Job. in high end Restaurant. Is there any Gratuity in Doha? Should I expect money from that. I have 15 years experience like Rest. Manager, this should be me moving in Middle East and trying to build from there. Is there opportunity for advancement in this category, and is it true I should expect upon performance fast raise of another 30 or so % ? Thx
I agree with torogi. If it is twice of what you are currently getting (or atleast 70% increase), then come, otherwise the salary is not worth moving all the way to Doha.
Is this double than what you are currently getting? if it is, then go for it..
