I have an offer from REDCO International as a Construction Engineer. I am satisfied with the salary that they are offering me but I really want to know that how do they treat their employees ?

Please comment.

Thanks

Dear Jibenski & Jums,

I'm sorry to hear that you both don't have a good impression of Redco International. We have been in Qatar since the 1980s and we have more than three thousand people working for us, some of whom have been with us for more than twenty years! It would be highly unlikely for people to continue for such a long time if they weren't happy with the company or it's management. Also please note that Redco International does pay overtime for workers after 8 hours as per Qatar Labour Law.

We welcome feedback from all stakeholders as we are constantly looking to improve. If you have any specific concerns/ feedback please do get in touch with us at [email protected]. Thank you.

Well, I guess people all over the world are sometimes rude & inconsiderate. If I were in your shoes, dont mind the salary if you think you can not deal with this kind of people then quit!!!
