$4500 USD a month. All housing/utilities included. No taxes. I will pay for a car, phone, food, hundred bucks a month for health insurance...

Is this ok for Qatar?

go for it. Any salary above QAR.12K is good to be lived in Qatar especially for small family

In ur case, as ur bachelor then its an awesome salary package. Here mainly RENTS are the problems, rest is very manageable
