in the first place because you signed the contract and accepted the job.

What you can do now is to make yourself indispesable to the company and ask for salary increase.

here is another "ROUDGE" advise... (what ROUDGE is anyway?):

this question has been asked 1000 times, so if your mind is NOT just like a “child” just go and use the “Search” button

silly you

FYI

Cases wherein you can apply for sponsorship transfer:

1. in case a clause in the contract you signed requires your sponsor transfer, and he denied you this.

2. if your employer delayed paying your benefits for two consecutive months or more.

3. if the employer did not adhere to providing appropriate lodging fo a worker, in spite of a condition affirming this in the contract.

4. if the employer mistreated the employee.

5. if employer ended work relation with employee before the decided period of contract, is a clear violation of law.

6. unjust discharge from duties, affirmed by court ruling from the specialized court.

7. if a worker is used illegally by party other than the one who brought him.

if is up to the specialized party to decide condition indicated above, deciding if there is a case of injustice or not.

why did u sign the contract in the first place if the provided transportation & accommodation was not given.? ur 4 months in the company, check your probation period..it should not exceed 6 months.

normally, a company reserves the right to terminate an employee's contract if found not suitable during probation period, which is usually 3 months (in your case, im not sure how many months).. if in case an employee resigns before the end of contract, he shall have to pay a certain amount for the expenses incurred during processing of visa, maybe not all companies do this but you might want to check.. maybe if you ask them in a nice way..

drpost.

if u have a contract offer from the new company u want to join, just take it and take the current contract u have now, if it shows that there is better money that can make you leave better in Qatar, that will be good.

take it and go to the Qatar Human Right Committee QHRC. they will do it for you.

it looks easy but its not. but at the end if u follow it up, u will get it.

but always use the good way first, go to your employer now and talk to them. tell them what are you getting with the new company, but DONT give the name of the company that u want to go to.

there is another way as well. first tell me, your work permit now (Iqama) when is it going to end?

Qatarsun. The man u r making fun of, he is one of the people that they built your country and marked Qatar as a country on the world map. Without them the tent will be the home sweet home for ages. Please respect the people and appreciate them.

It doesn't matter whether you are locally hired or from outside. EMPLOYER'S consent is must "NOC" inorder to transfer your SPONSORSHIP. This was informed to me by a LAWYER.

.

Sadly, we all are waiting for that memorable day when like KUWAIT & BAHRAIN, Qatar will also dump this restriction.

.

You can only request them humbly and pray to GOD so HE might put some fear or pitty in their hearts for you

review your contract.. there might be a clause there that states what happens if you decide not to finish the contract. you might end up paying for expenses they have incurred in processing your visa.. some companies do that..

do not compare yourself with others.

everyone has different approach.

the reason why his/she's asking because he or she doesnt know the process. now if you think that he or she is stupid then how about you? what do you think you are qatarisun?

Thank you and Best wishes

since you're a local hire, as far as i know you can still move to another company wihtout NOC that IF your current employer havent issued visa. So assuming that your current employer done issuing visa then that means you can not just move without NOC.

the reason why that company doesnt hire without NOC from previous employer because Qatar's Policy.

Make dialogue with your employer, discuss your issue, why do you want to move to another company, state your reasons....

Thank you and Best wishes

in order to transfer your sponsorship you must obtain a NOC letter from your current sponsor. Period. and sponsor is NOT obligated to issue a NOC. Even if you are a moon hire..

WHAT WILL you DO TO GET A NOC? This is up to you, how far you can go.. do whatever you can/want to do
