I received an offer of 12,500 QAR + sharing accommodation + 30 days paid leave yearly + yearly ticket. is this enough for me to live decently and save something? I have 10 years experience as Quantity Surveyor working here in Dubai.

the salary is good, the paid leave and yearly ticket too, but what do you mean by sharing accommodation? at least ask for a room for yourself even if no attached bath. Rent is high here so company accommodation necessary. regarding saving? its up your spending habit or lifestyle.
