that's normal...it will really take time to receive respond from them. But dont loose hope and u must have your other option also while waiting!

Yes it's true.. even you have friend in QP that will handle your CV to any supervisor still they will let you apply on line...goodluck
They don't accept hard copy. You have to apply online. Not only in QP, in every gov. sector.
