Requesting to upgrade salary/Allowance

I am offered a Job by QP in Ras Laffan.
Accomadation allowance is 5500qr .By going through all the posting on QL I find this not enough for a decent 1BHK appartment of a flat in AL Khor.I am a very private person who wishes to enjoy music or quite reading in the free time . So sharing would be a last option.

Is it ethical or acceptable to ask QP for an increase of the Allowance to about 7500QR. will this request jeopardize my Job Offer?

You can get a exclusive bachelor accomadation for QR.2000 /2500. For small family 1BHK will be 3500/- Now rent has come down drastically around 35% compared to last year. QP will not give 7500 and if you try u will loose ur offer for sure.

QP has Guaranteed job and less internal politics compared to other companies like QG or RG so while good offers come to you take rather than reject and feel in future.
