dear Sister,
becarfull now with this new stil in the world and especially using from sum stupid manager he dont have the right to cut your salary even if the company not doing good business like before because you are a emplyer and you are not a partner
fight event for 5 Qrs
Hope you are doin ok.
I agreed with our friends that your employer have no rights to lessen your salary due to low performance of your company.
If you like to go home with dignity, report the matter to our embassy then fight your rights in Min.of Labor.
But if you want to stay, bargain for release and NOC. Then apply in other medical institutions if you are qualified.
Just to give you a hint; If you are holding a BSN dip.with at least 2-5 yrs. experience, your monthly salary is 3-8 thou. QAR/basic. Means allowances excluded.
Hope this will help.
Have a nice day and Happy Eid.
Go to Ministry of Labor and file a complaint.... be prepared that your employer may cancel your visa and end up going back home....
If you don't want to go back home, be prepared for the deduction... that's how it is here....
Just pray for God's guidance....God bless!
thank you soo much for your head up high answer..im really sad about my job now.
Dear Madam,
These company owners have no respect for anyone!
Fight your corner I say.
You should get exactly what was stated in your contract regardless...!
Fight back, what’s the worst it can happen? They send you back, so what! At least you walk away with your head up high and knowing they can’t take you for a fool...!
(Fight it, and good luck)
Dear Sister,
Your employer must pay you salary based on the agreed terms and conditions stipulated in the employment contract regardless of your performance or company/clinic's business performance. You may sue your employer through your embassy/consulate to the concerned authorities. Wish you good luck.
