Salary for HR professional, 4yrs Exp & MBA

Hi,

Any idea as to how much a HR professional with 4 years experience holding MBA degree is paid per month in Doha, if is he is from India?

Unfortunately, I wouldnt get your hopes up to high on the HR salary side - your MBA isnt really going to gain you any leverage because it is such a generic qualification and not one that is specific to HR although HR is of course adequately covered during the programme.

HR is a soft target for Qatarisation and thats the way forward.

Binopv, I assume the amount of salary also has something to do with the company one is working for. Lesser known/reputable contractor would pay differently if you compare to an oil/gas producing company (for example) QP. That's why when people ask in this forum, how much salary they should ask for, one of the questions that is asked back is for which company.

To be very honest to you Mr. Iam here in doha since 10 yrs and i have not seen a salary of 8800 plus accomodation. The maximum salary you may get her in doha is not more than 4000 riyal with executive accomodation with it...if possible...sorry to disappoint you and that is the maximum you gone get....from doha ....because Hr As if been handle here by ladies in any company you can notice that.
