Salary for IT Project Manager in Doha

I am from India and being offered a monthly salary of 18000 QR whihc is broken as
11500 - Basic
6500 - Allowance
The allowance inludes - Car (1500) and housing (5000)

Wanted to know, Is this salary fair for a IT project manager. I have an IT experience of 13 years in Software development.
I have an engineering degree(Computers), a masters in finance and PMP certified too.

What salary can i expect?

IMHO you could ask more, at lease 16.000 basic + home allowance + car allowance

You have a good experience. For sure it also depends on how much your salary is today.
