Salary negotiator

I'm looking at an offer from a Qatari company, but realistically I have no idea about salary ranges in Qatar, costs of living, education, housing and motoring costs etc. I know some of this information is available on this (excellent) site, however I think that in order to make sure that I am not at a disadvantage in negotiations I need to have an expert in my corner. Are there any professional firms in Qatar that would advise me on how to secure the best package possible?

Salary - competitive in your field plus 25% overseas bonus. Housing, utilities, transportation, medical, flights, furniture all provided by employer. That's the best you're gonna do. Where shall I send my consultant's bill?
