you will not get medical for your parents here in doha

i am working as senor officer currently in Govt Oil company in India. they give me benifits like medical to my family 100 % including my parents telephone transportation, pnsionable Govt service.

Please advice me :

1) What will be Rent charges for flat 2bhk in qatar

2) Salary grade F in woqodwhere does it stand.

3) future in the company Woqod, promotion increment.

4) savings (appox) per month for average lifestyle.

Please give ur advice?????????????
