temporary workers new rules

Hi
Does anyone know anything about the new rule that temporary workers must work for their employer and not via recruitment agencies? Its just happened I heard, this week. It means I believe all contract staff now can only work for the end client/employer and not via other companies and or agencies. Thanks

From where did you come to know? its not true you can work on contract basis but your sponsar should be that company who is providing your services to another company. Simply not allowed is that your sponsar is different and contracting company is different and you are working for third party.
