UNLIMITED IN CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Hello my fellows in QL,

A friend of mine secured a new job that required him to transfered his sponsorship to them. but the contract they offered him in his agreement did not state the contract period,instead they wrote the '' UNLIMITED'' as contract period.

My Question now are;

1. What is the meaning of the trem UNLIMITED in Qatar Labor Law?

2. What are the Advantages and Disadvantages of it?

Please, I need your candid opinion on this before he dip his hand into the contract.
