vacation time
i have recently been offered a contract in qatar
does anyone have any feedback for my concerns
first i was only offered 26 days vacation,with 1 flight home economy
as a expat working in qatar before i was on 6 weeks off 3 with flights busness class paid home
they told me this was the norm the 26 days and those contracts didnt exist anynmore, is this true are there companies that still offer more vacation time
also my contract is indefinite , whats with that
and is it easy to obtain a noc in case i find something better

I just accepted mine : indefinite and it had 26 days and 1 family return airfare - they refused to give me the 2 that i asked saying it was standard policy... they did agree to change it to biz class and do better on the hoursing allowance as well after the first year if i was going stay
