what options i have?

I am MBA Graduate working in a reputed real estate company as Accountant. I am drawing a salary of QAR 2800 Only.
Our Chief Accountant left 4 months ago since his duty was handed over to me then with out any incriment in my salary.
I know that the company exploiting me since i am getting a salary of an office boy.
Please tell me what is your options if your in my case , the company will not release you to hunt another.

Qatar is not the only country in the world. Start looking online for a new job in a different country. Also go and tell your company that you are doing so and give them an ultimatum--either double your salary (and you will still be underpaid) or you walk. I know maids that make more than you.
