You should ask a salary as follows:

8hrs working, and any extra working hours to be paid as over time. (due to the huge demand in the workforce)

Basic Salary : Qrs. 8500.

HRA : Qrs. 8500.

TA : Company or Allowance of Qrs. 1500.

Yearly ticket for you and family

Medical Insurance

And other benefits according to the labour law.

Thank you,

As an Engineer with vast experience, that's way too small. You would want to negotiate for at least QR25K/month plus at least fully furnished free 2-bedroom apartment with utility bills paid by the company ,free medical insurance for you and family, two yearly return tickets for you and your family, free club membership, free transportation(car),free dental care for you and your family and the list goes on.

Remember, they need you more than you need them.Don't you ever ever settle for less.Don't let the company fool you that salary depends on your country of origin. That's a crap and bullsh*t!
