whats the average salary rise for IT engineers.?

hi
i got an offer from a IT company,and the salary range is 6K(Cisco Network Engineer).can anyone tell me whats the annual salary hike % and is 6K good offer for an IT Engineer to start Career in DOHA.(6k including HRA , basic and TA).
