I find it interesting that there are such differences between GDP/PPP per capita ranking is so different from salary rankings. it shows which countries are making their money from investments and such vs. salaries. USA is 4th on salaries but 7th in GDP per capita. Qatar is first in GDP per capita but modest in salaries.
