Why Pay scale in Hotel Industry is very bad in Qatar..?

I have noticed the pay scale in Hotel Industry in Qatar is very bad eventhough its a very dedicated job and an Industry with lots of Income.

I am having 07 years experience in hotel industry....so you know very wll I would have done the comparison with hotel industries in other country........

well I would say that you have a appropriate question, coz when I was in Dubai I had a friend who worked for a 5 star hotel & he too complained the same thing. What I think is probably with experience you will get what you deserve.

have you try to compare them with another hotel in another country ? Do not make any statement if you cant back them up.
