10,000 steps a day for a healthy lifestyle
By landloverreview •
Step Into Health programme, which aims to encourage those aged 16 years and above to walk at least 10,000 steps a day in a non-competitive, recreational and social way, was yesterday launched by the Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF).
How many steps r u in already? walking or jogging or whatever. ????
Has anyone in this forum registered online for Step Into Health? If so, can you please provide the URL link for the same?
You will wear whatever they tell you to wear that day Brit. It could be national dress, shorts, jeans, tracksuit pants... you need to be flexible and follow the rules for that day.
can i wear shorts to walk the 10,000 steps :O)
How is this gonna work if they r to lazy to get out of their cars to go and purchase something in the shop or the madam must be dropped at the door or the driver will loose his job, young children dropped in front of the school gate, change the mindset of the people and it will work other wise it is just pie in the sky>>>
When is the first Qatar 42.2km Marathon going to be held?
good idea. if the park or something like that don't charge people for money hehe
If only there was a big park with lots of space for carparking that welcomed everyone - men, women, children - so that they could freely exercise in a peaceful environment.
Preferably one with walking tracks, and playing fields, exercise equipment.
Good idea..
But maybe first they should actually let people in the park & stop banning people for ridiculous reasons!
