During weekends all the traffic signals take their turn every 15 seconds whereas in weekdays i think we have a range from 60 seconds to 180 seconds.

The signal on D ring road just after Al Hilal, usually takes almost 300 seconds to turn green again...

I did; they're programmed that way, even some (newer ones) sense available traffic and accordingly blink
because of less traffic :)..less traffic..less time...more traffic...more time
15 sec or 180 seconds but still we have to struggle with Traffic and harassment driving of some Qataris ..
