Emotional cheaters in Qatar

Hi gents,
Recently one man with his wife(said to be/probably)aging around 50 aproached me near industrial area asking for a financial help for his son's treatment in hamad hospital,as they came from dubai and got stuck here in qatar due to his son's illness.He came in a van which has got a Dubai registration plate.luckily the friend who was accompanying me had got cheated in the same way just two days ago so he stopped me from helping(?) that family with money. I could make sure that he is a cheater when i reminded him about police . he was jus disappeared....
So friends beware of being sentimental to this kind of heartfelt stories and handover them to police.
