hi all,my name is carmine and i live in italy,near milano,i'm a texil worker but i was born woodworker,ihave experience in assembling of all kind.excuse me for my english.i've 45 years old i've a wife and 3 daughter and 1child.i'm guest in north italy because i'm born in salerno(south italy)near napoli.my first daughter go to university in novara,my second daughter go to the scientific liceum(4th years)etc.....and my factory stay in crisis.it's a few day ask myself of search a work in transfer given that my work go off,i wish in qatar.

i ask,can anyone halp me?yuo what living in qatar?

It's irrelevant who you work for. The labour law applies to everyone.

so u didnt work for private company

abohmaid - the labour law does not differentiate between labourers or administrators. It applies to everyone, whatever their role, religion, race. It is entirely up to each company if they make people work overtime.

I think you're trying to say there can be no overtime during Ramadam, which is wrong. Check out the Labour Law. Employees can be made to work up to 4 hours overtime at any time during the year, including Ramadam.

However, most companies don't enforce this during Ramadam, but some do.

8 am to 2 pm

almost 8 am to 1 pm
