how do QLers manage

Since i had join QL the only thing which i noted is frequent answers frm sum QLers...how u all manage to answer so frequently and that to nearly all forums...like bladrick, tallag, darude etc etc... wht make u all to reply so frequently....only once i had tried but thn on that day i had to stay at work till 6pm to finish it :)
when i chek a forum and reply to sumone or to the forum, after posting i always find 5-6 replies already posted and mny time 2-3 replies from same member commenting to sum other member..
How u all manage to answer in so short period???? other thn QLing i would like to kno whats the routine..
hope my question is clear thou i find it confusing..:)

I personally feel all these fast-track FORUM update guys and gals are HOLDING high level "MANAGEMENT POSTIONS" or IT professionals sitting on LAPTOPS; where they don't need to work but JUST DELEGATE.
