How to survive Heart attack when alone

A heart attack may strike you any time, especially for middle-aged persons. Now it is seen increasing in younger groups also.
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.
A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating.
The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.
Share this tip with as many other people as you can. It could perhaps save their lives!

call for help is the most important thing to do. the 999 operator will than tell u to open the door, and keep talking to u all the time till rescuer arrive, or till _godforbid_ u loose consciousness, than she will mark the time u lost consciousness and provide it to the medic. less than 5 min and u have good chances of reanimation with minimal consequences.

And don't waste your time updating your Facebook status to: "OMG I am totally having a heart attack right now".

A friend of mine bumped into another car, she removed her phone and wrote on Facebook: "Baby I don't want to upset you, but I broke your car"

People need to focus
