i have found one chines driving license in land mark parking how i oprouch the owner of that plz tell me

You do not approach the owner, the logical thing to do is hand it in to security of Landmark mall as the owner will retrace his route for the day and go back.

A logical thing to do when finding something that does not belong to you is inform the security in that area and if no security, pass it to the Police.

KAMRAN .. JUST Bring it to QTEL and VODA Fone of Police Station and Tell them to Trace the Numbre under his name and they willcall Them !

try to get his name either on facebook/linkedin/google.com as its mentioned on his D/L or any way kind of otherwise drop it at the police station and they will take care of it.
