Indian Schools in Qatar overcharging students

Although this remains a hotly debated topic in family circles it was the first time probably that an international news channel gave it prominence. http://zeenews.india.com/news/nation/indian-schools-in-qatar-overchargin...

Following the current trend of name and shame Zee news has openly named MES school as a culprit in overcharging the examination fees for grade 12 students. I guess this negative media attention will not go down well with the MES management but it is possible that even their tuition fees and so many other fees (special fees etc. whatever that means) across all grades are completely unjustified. What do you have to say? Views from the MES management are welcome as well.

You should meet the transport in charge at MES. He is yelling forever.

The fact is the Indian schools are affiliated to the boards in India. The Central Board has put a cap on examination fees but the schools openly flout these guidelines.

Since all the schools fall under the Supreme Education why not the schools get a prior approval from them, that the relevant fees for each is this...instead of fixing it by themselves and then getting the shame through the media.

As read in yesterdays gulf times it seems that this was a decision by just a few.since the communication media is strong through social networks and other sources its quite easy for parents to get things faster. So it would be wise to think of implementing such fees properly and wisely.
