Yeah looks like times have changed and now they have topless fair skinned chicks riding around without a care in the world with the local motorcycle guys which is another added tourist attraction specially for visiting tourists from down south and the full moon night parties are the nights to remember where they say the full moon has a crazy effect on the body, soul and everything else in between
