I am looking for local traditional arabic coffee ( offwhite color ) not the turkish coffee. Could some one give me the recipe with quantity. Meanwhile i will search youtube as well :-)
In our dialect we refer Qahwa for a native coffee similar to arabic,of course not instant cofee. how ever there is turkish coffee in which a native coffee will be added with a mince of cardamom..thats it you make a strong turkish cofee.

Just go onto Youtube and search for it. That's what I did last week. I found a great video that showed me how.

otherwise we make Qahwa with ready available powder
you just have to add it to boiling water then add few strands of Saffron
