Eating 5 or 6 small meals a day is the best way to diet (as long as it's not chips, burger, and cake for each meal!), as it keeps your metabolism burning almost constantly.

If you're not taking in enough protein (e.g. lean meat, eggs, oats, etc.) then some of the weight loss will also be muscle mass, as the body finds it easier to burn muscle than fat - this is known as "catabolism". This is doubly bad, as the more muscle you have, the more energy you burn.

And if anyone wants to exercise but is pressed for time, try googling "Tabata"- 8 minutes of high intensity exercise but better for burning fat than a 30 minute run! Be prepared to throw up the first few times, if you're as unfit as me!

really all you have to do is have 5 meals a day and you'll lose weight like crazy!!!!!!!

Herbalife products helped me to do so and is something is working for me that good as Herbalife is - after all other dissapointments - I will use!!! And thrust me everybody who tries it has his/hers result if they just keep up with proper eating and not starwing or drinking only their shakes!!!!

They have 4 great tastes of shakes and I am simply in love with them!!!!

If there isn't anybody in Qatar who can get them...well I'l get them from somewhere else :))))

grapefruit for breakfast, with whole meal toast, couple of bits of fruit during the morning, salad or high fibre lunch, eg SPECIAL K .... then a normal meal around 6 oclock.

As much water and fruit during the day as you wish, especialy bananas, contain potassium and carbs, before a light workout or brisk walk or swim before evening meal.

Try this for 4 weeks, have to be comitted, then i guarentee you will have lost around 3-5 % of your body weight, and be more toned.

Then stick my cheque in the post.............forget all these "LOSE 20 KILOS IN OUR 5 MIN WORKOUT'!

All rubbish, its all about whats in your mind, if you really want to acheive something, go 100% and you will achieve............

Yes of course and mine was especially designed for me as I have been battling overweight ever since I left home.

When i lived at home there weren't so many cars and we had to walk four km up and downhill every day at least twice and another twice if we went out evenings. At that time I was running up and down - nowadays I beleive I would be crawling up and down. lol lol

But for the best results, satisfying your hunger isn't good enough....especially for those who exercise regularly....you must remember that food is fuel for your body.....but I can't stress enough that each person's requirements are different, and I would be very wary of a "diet" or plan that is supposed to work for all!

Stay safe.

Actually you can satisfy your hunger with around 1200 calories per day, the only drawback when diating is the first few days are the worst and I for one seem to think constantly on food or the other case we have birthdays and food constantly in the office.

I stayed on a 1200 calory diat for over six years and it really helped nowadays I eat when I feel like eating, before I had a regular diat and this helped the most.

250 cals breakfast

150 cals snack

350 cals lunch

150 cals snack

200 cals dinner

Depends upon your body maintenance. You could adjust it higher if you need to but don't forget to exercise at least 4 times a week to burn the excess fat.

Especially if you exercise regularly....you'll need about 2000 calories a day....but then again it varies on body type, metabolism and "What kind of calories" you ingest etc....so there is no right answer for everybody!

Eating sensibly (in both amounts and overall balance of your diet) coupled with regular exercise is enough for most people to lose weight (unless they have a specific medical condition).....so the herbal pills aren't what helped you lose weight, neither are their powders....I know because I tried them for 2 years in Canada....and lost more weight without them!

Stay safe.

YUK - I like the curves.

Really if the epitome of high fasion is a size 0 - I will be unfashionable.

Size 0 girls looks like a puppet all skinny and a big bouffant hairdo...

it must be like shagging Lady Penelope from Thunderbirds.

at least 1 hour before I do my work out. Since I'm still having localized body (parts) pains due to my clumsiness (quadbiking), I had to stop working out for fear of doing more muscle injury (in case i have torn muscles) so i stopped taking them. However, i do restrict my food intake and discipline myself to a strict diet.

herbalife (or edmark) products are food suppliments and it's the first time I read that herbal products have side effects...

No, I eat shake for breakfast with cereals and juice or milk, befor shake i took my fibres and herbs - for digestion, multivitamins and minerals!!! Than a small meal around 11am (cheese or fruit, almonds...protein bar...) and drink water because fibres needs water so your digestion would work!!!!!

before my traditional lunch (Croats like to eat meat and potatos, salade, soup, dessert!!!) I took my herbs and vitamins, drink water...

Around 4pm I took more fruit, almonds...protein bar..., water...

And for dinner I eat my shake meal in summer strawberry flavour with fresh strawberries, ice and juice all blended in the most delicious shake you ever tried!!!!

So I wasn't hungry, din't have 500 calories diet - actually I had 2000 calories diet!!!!!!!! That is important!!! And drink a lots of water (because you need it for all vital functions - 70-80% of our body is made of water :)) ), i didn't drink cola or any gas drinks - personally I don't like them and they give you cellulite :)))

I don't know about other companies and their products - what they do to your body, BUT I am fully convinced in results with HERBALIFE products...

Maybe if you try their shakes you would agree with me :)

Ther is one IMPORTANT THING - if you want better and unbelivable result you need to exercise at least 30 minutes EVERY day - but fast walking is also an execise so that's not so hard, am i right?

would these products happen to come with a limited-calorie diet plan as well, by any chance? I'm guessing you probably weren't on the Pizza Hut diet plan when you were taking them?

The only reason you lost weight is because your calories were significantly reduced, not because of some silly little herbal pill.

Regardless, GNC over here (there's one in city centre mall) sell a load of pointless herbal tat for the gullible, with such claims as "Guaranteed to work!!!!! (when taken in conjunction with a 500 calorie diet".

Mr_rob I don't think so!!! i lost 17 kilos with their produsct and no body can say it doesn't work!!!!!!!! It worked for me perfectly and not just for me but my husband lost 20 kilos!!!!!!!!!!

Of course if you want perfect body you need to exercise!!!! There in no magic pill that you take and you are fit instantly, BUT the products are unbelivable and i know there are 100ts of milion people using them and having great results!!!! i know HERBALIFE has branches inmore than 60 countries around the world, i was wondering if somebody knows if i could get some products i Qatar!!!!!!

Does somebody knows about some distributor in Qatar?????????

It's better and healthier to lose weight the natural way--excercise! Herbal medicines are not good for your health. Check the internet for side effects of taking such kinds of medicines.
