yeah those xenon and led lights act weird when the car they're on, drives over bumpy pavement..it does look like they're flashing when they're not

for istimara...if new car no need for technical inspection, first go insurance (located in muror itself) and then pay your radar and then after that go and renew your istimara

If old car then technical required...if minor officer will let go...if major need to fix it :) and then insurance, radar and renewal of istimara :)

Sulie are you sure you passed the driving test or riding a donkey test ? :)

Your license is valid for 5 years

So if today you got, it means expiry on 26/9/2018

When you need to extend

1) go to airport muroor at 7am (rush is very less)

2) take ur old license card with you

3) one passport size photo

4) debit card / credit card : QAR 250

No eye test for the second time
