I have an offer with Computer Arabia Part of Teyseeer group. Hows this company. I will be working as Cisco Network Engineer. But my degree is Engineering + CCNA+ CCNP Composite paper.

They are telling my pay will be increased acc to performance. As if now its only 4k incl acco and trans

Will it be worth to join this company cos I approached Mannai and GBM all are not recruiting now

4K inclusive of accommodation and transportation, is not at all a good salary. Like King has mentioned the chances of increment are very remote.

in the worst cases you will get double of that in GBM or Mannai ... There is nothing like salary will increase with performance, so sorry to see that but after working for two years ... I did not even get a 100 Q.R increment :(
