Im sorry, I was so busy in the office and I didnt see your post this morning. Well, as I have suggested before, corniche is very wide and open anytime. Al Bidda park is open too. we can just bring a laptop so we can watch and follow the aerobics DVD. or we can have power walk for the start then after the powerwalk session, we will then start planning for the next activity work out. If we start then we can easily find a spot somewhere there and be it our regular working out place.... What you think girls.... Go QL Girls Power....

I will help you , kindly fix the location as i am in matar qadeem..and i dont have transportation.

I also have lots of workout DVD like jillian michaels, denise austin, turbo jam.. Ql ladies common we will workout together...and help each other.

Most compounds have a gym or a social area that could be used.
