I am really frustrated about this!
I moved to my new home 5 months ago ... and at the time I called Qtl to transfer my internet service from my former home to this new one.
And now it’s taking Qtel 5 weeks to restore my internet connection.
A service that I was told would takes only 15 days to install!
Their reason behind the delay is (Oh well Qtl is making your life easier by installing the fiber optics internet connection)
Oh well, QtelI don't care!
I just want my damn internet connection back!
But interestingly, Qtl seem too quick with bills on time even when f they can’t/won’t deliver a proper service!.
oh 'n stop putting my calls on hold!
Customer is always right....Customer also has the right to be delayed services...Customer has the right to complain...also Customer also the right to wait...
Same thing happened to me, took them 40 days to change it. As a compensation later they deducted one month subscription cost (in addition to the 40 days).
Bad Bad Qtel! Sit!
