Where to unlock Wii

Hi,

I have bought Wii Game Console 3 years ago from Dubai and accidentally update it through internet and find out that it was not original cause it was blocked.
since then I can not use it and searching if there is a place that they can unlock it.

It was Korean or american I am not sure but the game shop sold me the fake one.

it was error 0003 and taled to Technical Care center. It is cheper if I buy the new one though.

Take it to TEchnical Care Center or Persian Games on Al Megrab Street Al Nassr Area opposite down from the Family Food Center

if it shows error 003- then that is the end of it. though there's a fix for error 003, but its not worth the effort.
