Looking to join the Amateur 11 aside Football league
I see a fair few posts asking about how to join teams on qatar living but theyre 2-3 years old. I just want to start a fresh thread in case there are any other expats out there looking to play too.
I know there is an a amateur 11 aside league here in doha that plays on Aspire Pitches but i dont have any contacts for any of the teams.
Im 25, English and play GK. Ive 2 mates from morocco the same age who play midfield and defense. We're all fairly decent players and looking to join a team in the league, but even just training with a team of adults on a full sized pitch instead of the small compound pitches with kids would be great. Fitness, honing the skills and a bit of banter are all welcome - we dont expect to just pitch up and slide straight into the starting 11. If at any point we do get to play an actual game in the team then thats a bonus.
