Inidan Family Visa status

Hi everyone. I have applied for a family visit visa. Moi site is showing the Status 'Under Process'. Metrash2 is showing two status. issue visa section it is showing 'Approved'. The Visa follow-up section is showing 'Rejected'. Anyone can explain the same ?? please let me know what will be the actual status.

kind of issue? What does it mean approve or rejected? It's been one

month and two weeks now. Thank you
