ohhh... thnx. Ajay Joshi for valuable inputs.but I heard from some ppl that if u r a diploma holder and visa designation is assistant engineer u may get family RP. Did u tried with assistant engineer visa ? Any info please share

Hello nareshkhotani, I had a exactly similar case as yours. I am Diploma holder from India. I am trying for my family RP since past 18 months without any luck.My salary is around 20k. Company gave me Engineer profession. RP application was rejected by Immigration because as per them Diploma holder cannot be a Engineer. Then company changed my profession to Supervisor. Again RP application rejected by Immigration. Last month I went there along with our PRO, Immigration departement not ready to accpet the application iteself. They say "Diploma no family" !!! Its like a crime to be a Diploma holder in this country!!! After a unsuccessfull fight for 18 months and meeting all possible officials in the Immigration I gave up the case and now sending my family back home atleast kids schooling should not be affected because of this nonsense issue. but that also we will come to know only once I will apply after 6 months, correct ?

No where it is mentioned that diploma holders cannot sponsor their family. or can anyone who has got family RP with diploma.

diploma holders are denied but in some case its successful if u have good PRO to negotiate or if ur wife have engineer degree or good company ..

1000 QAR?. Wow that is low. You need a minimum of 10K to get a family visa
