Family Rp renewal not possible through metrash2

Hi,

I have tried to renew my wife & kids qid renewal through metrash2,but i cant renew my wifes qid it shows in red color that "contact Immigration01",and for baby its possible to renew,

Their qid expired just 19 days before.

Can anybody tell me, what may be the issue or anyone faced the same.

The reason of rejection supposed to shown there in metrash 2! and if your wife's National Address registration not done, this rejection may happen! Make sure you have done Address registration for your wife and kids first! then try to renew!
