family visit visa through metrash2 app

understand now as per latest rules, Metrash2 is been linked with salary and anyone below 10K do not have the option in metrash (its removed since oct - you may recheck) ) cannot apply through it even for their first degree relatives (apart from wife and kids) even for temporary 10days visit. Moi Counter's are not accepting appln even for

10 days short visit for parents. (less then age 60). No firm rules are published or available any-where. Hope they bring better and easy visa rule updates.

I have some issue with with QID, actually i got one rejection paper from q post saying that "Application rejected for not clear photo and signature. Use Metrash2 /E-services and re-apply" but there is no any option for re-apply in both above. and i was returned a several time from Immigration office also saying do with metrash2.

If any one have any solution in this regards please share with me

has anyone applied or tried applying family visit visa for wife through metrash 2 app?

i tried it yesterday and it asked for my wifes passport details and name and asked to attached passport copy and marriage certificate which i did, but after 24 hours the status is now cancelled.

it has no option to upload NOC from employer or any other document.

it just asks for 4 attachments

1st attachment says passport...i uploaded front page of the passport here

second attachment says passport other.... i uploaded last page of the passport here

3rd attahcment says marriage certificate..........i uploaded marriage certificate here

4th attachment says marriage certificate other.... i uploaded translation of marriage certificate here

if any one else has tried applying from here please do let me know if i am doing something wrong.

hello everyone, i am planning to bring my mother for 6 month.i would like to know that what documents needed currently as per rule of qatar.everyone saying that it,s very easy but no-one have full guranteed procedure.in birth certificate of moter what can i upload as there is 2 pages to upload. same in applicant upload documents? kindly advice and share the experienced as well.

i want to submit visit visa for my parents through metrash2 app but they ask birth certificate for my father & my birth certificate for my mother application.. pblm means my birth certificate my mother and father name mentioned my native language so they are accept or not? and then for my father visa application they r asked birth certificate but i don't have birth certificate for my father.. what can i do pls give me suggestion.....

My mother in law's family visit visa applcn has been cancelled 3 times when applied through metrash . I do not want to take a risk. Can she come with on-arrival visa (Indian) without any hassles?

I follow up through email and they replied saying it will be processed shortly.

name should be same as in passport also make sure uploading clear copies.

Hi fasik, if your application is cancelled, that means there is some problem in the name , thats why it gets cancelled, you have to apply again, if your wife has 2 names , you have to write her fathers name also. also attach marriage certificates and passport copies

Hi anoj 123, if your visa status shows approved, that means it is approved and it will show you ready to print, Ready to print means, you have to pay 200 QAR fees and get your visa printed and then your mother in law can come, In Case if your application gets cancelled , you have to apply again, or if it gets rejected, u need to visit immigration office gharafaa, they will let u know the reason for rejection.Thankyou

Hi friends, today i went gharafa immigration office, because my visa application for wife was cancelled, the reason capitan told me was the name mistake while filling the application form, so i just want to tell you, if your wife have 2 names that is first name and second name , you have to write all the names first name, second name and fathers name of the wife also,and upload clearer marriage certificate and passport copies including NOC. Even though you have technician profession, you can also apply. In Sha Allah it will be approved.

Please ask your company HR department to upload your latest attested contract to the ministry of labour . Then only you will be able to apply for family visit, even to open the window in metrash 2.

In my case, i had sam issue.then my conpany prepared a single page contract with barcode and all( electronic they said) and signed by me and HR Manager, then uploaded after attested from misitry of labour.

Then i applied for my wife and son, next day i got the visa approved.

Labor contract before Jan 2018 should be renewed. Your company has to update your labor contract and stamp it from ministry of interior.

i have applied without attestation and i got the visa now. I guess MOFA attestation required only if you are gonna take permanent visa.

@saleefmk if you have only one page for marriage certificate, upload it twice taking picture same time, if you have only one page for passport upload twice same page taking picture same time through metrash option.

dont upload, take picture through metrash your uploaded documents are ok. but again upload taking pictures same time. there is option to take picture. select bright (day time with proper light) place and adjust your camera settings to reduce picture size (can be uploaded only less than 1MB).

If Marriage certificate is not in English upload Arabic translation of marriage certificate.

only you need to provide (if you are applying visa for your wife)

1. passport copy of your wife (front and back )

2. Marriage certificate.

Note: someone who not able to open family application, should update their labor contract and submit it to Ministry of labor.
