Medical Test is passed but its not reflecting in Metrash

hello, I brought my wife and son here thru Family Visit visa. My wife went to Medical commision as a requirement for visa extension, she already passed it, as I check in the Medical Commission result online, she's fit.

It has been 4 days from that day when she did the medical test but until now it's not reflecting in Metrash. I can't extend her visa.

Do I need to do something or I just need to wait until it will reflect in Metrash?

Kindly advise. thank you.

@Steffgonzales I got the message today, after almost a week. I didn't do anything, I just wait.

Hi I also have the same doubt as you experienced since 1st of July we also did the medical test and as they said the results will be send within 2 working days. As i checked on the 2nd day (which is today) the result was fit and passed and now when I checked on the moi website and entered the visa number the result was shown “Please refer to medical commission”

So did you ever tried to go itself to the immigration instead waiting for the SMS?

Please advise..
